📦 Existing Orders :

If you already have an order and need assistance, please provide your Invoice ID so we can track and verify your order.

⚠️ Tickets :

Trolling or fake tickets will result in a 7-day timeout.

Opening a ticket in the wrong category may result in the ticket being closed without a response.

💳 Refund Policy :

Refunds may be issued as coupons for the same value as the purchased product, depending on the situation and the owner's decision.

Wallet refunds are not provided if the owner chooses to issue a coupon instead.

To receive warranty support, you must leave a vouch/review after your purchase.

In other situations where the product has an issue, we may provide a replacement instead of a refund, depending on the product and situation.

We are not responsible for wrong purchases or failure to read the product description.

Purchasing the wrong product

Purchasing by mistake

Not reading the product description properly

Please make sure you understand the product before purchasing.

Please do not ask for discounts on small orders.

💰 Discounts are available only:

For orders of more than 10 products

When purchasing a Reseller Plan
